Why pay £100 when you can pay £40?

I hope you’re well and looking forward to Christmas and recharging the batteries – or buying new ones for all those gadgets!

I know it’s a crazily busy time, but this is something you need to know – there’s major opportunity to get a 60% reduction on your training bill next year.

The 60% funding comes from government’s £32m The Skills for Growth Bank. This is a new £32 million venture for businesses in the Liverpool City Region. The bank wants to invest alongside businesses in improving the skills and productivity of their workforce. Investment of between £1,000 and £1 million in training projects will be available for companies in Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral. It will give businesses full control to invest in the skills their workplaces need to grow. In addition, it will help 6,000 local people into work and create as many as 4,000 apprenticeships.

Empathy for Legal is a registered provider with the Skills for Growth Bank; we can help guarantee you meet your training and development objectives.

We are accredited by SRA and the ILM and work with the likes of Hill Dickinson on coaching, DLA Piper on leadership and BWB on growth.

As part of our standard offering, we provide a free no-obligation half-day workshop to help you assess your requirements and gain some ‘quick wins’ – in the case of the Skills for Growth funding, this will help you put your training plan together, based on a thorough diagnosis of your requirements.

So if you manage any free time to reflect over Christmas, why not drop me a line and get the ball rolling as soon as you come back.  It could be 5 minutes that saves you thousands.

Have a Great Christmas.
